Refund policy

Our goal is to achieve a high customer satisfaction. We curate products with high quality. However we understand that problems happen. For damaged products, issues with quality or wrong products we have a 30 day return policy from when the customer receives the product.  Orders with product quality issues, damaged products, wrong products, etc., can submit a dispute.

Some products are eligible for return due to customer personal reasons such as choosing the wrong size, placing the wrong order, or not liking the product. Elora Moda does not support no-reason refunds or reshipments, only returns for refunds. For all returns, the customer must bear the logistics and other costs themselves. No return for customized products.
